Vietnam: Industrial production gains traction in September
Latest reading: Industrial production increased 13.6% in annual terms in September (August: + 8.9% yoy), marking a seven-month high.
Relative to the prior month’s figures, readings in September improved for manufacturing (+12.7% yoy vs +9.5% in August), electricity (+15.4% vs +6.1% in August), mining and quarrying (+22.4% vs +9.1% in August) and water supply (+8.7% vs +2.4% in August).
