Qatar: Industrial production decelerates in August
Latest reading: Industrial production increased 0.2% in annual terms in August, following a 2.6% rise in the prior month.
Relative to the prior month’s figures, the reading for energy worsened in August (-0.9% on a year-on-year basis vs +2.7% in July). In contrast, the reading for manufacturing improved in August (+6.6% vs +3.2% in July).
