Finland: Economic activity returns to growth in April
Latest reading: Economic activity expanded 0.9% month on month on a seasonally adjusted, working-day basis in April following March’s downwardly revised flat reading.
On a working-day adjusted annual basis, economic activity rose 0.9% in April, contrasting March’s 0.4% decline. As a result, the trend pointed up, with the annual average variation of economic activity coming in at 0.8% (March: 0.6%).
