Apex Fintech Solutions Inc. has announced the launch of Ask Ascend, an AI-powered assistant built to support clients integrating with Apex Ascend, its next-generation clearing, custody, and trading platform. The tool is designed to deliver instant, accurate answers to technical queries, removing integration delays and streamlining the onboarding process for developers.
Ask Ascend was developed to address time-sensitive roadblocks during technology integrations, particularly for global teams working across time zones. The assistant draws from Apex’s client-facing documentation, including API specifications, help files, and sample code, offering precise support for developers and, in future updates, operational teams.
Ask Ascend Built on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI Platform
Yuying Chen-Wynn, technology leader at Apex supporting the AI initiative, commented, “Ask Ascend was conceived to remove roadblocks during technology integrations by providing faster answers to time-critical questions. Now our customers — especially those with global development teams — don’t have to wait for an individual expert in a different time zone to get important questions answered.”
Built on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform, Ask Ascend incorporates enterprise-grade security, reliability, and in-line citations to ensure traceable answers. The system is continuously updated as documentation evolves and has undergone automated testing to validate performance across use cases.
Ask Ascend integrates with Apex’s Developer Dashboard and will soon connect with the Apex Service Center. Key features include debugging assistance, SDK and API code support, secure access via Okta SSO, and full archiving within a dedicated Google Cloud environment. The tool supports teams across North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
Bill Capuzzi, CEO of Apex Fintech Solutions, commented, “With Ask Ascend, we’ve built a scalable AI platform that enables our clients to onboard faster with security and compliance in mind. Ask Ascend eliminates unnecessary delays that used to depend upon the availability of subject matter experts. We see a lot of opportunities to help our clients achieve their goals with greater agility, and we’ve put a plan in place to deliver more AI-powered tools.”
Ask Ascend is now available within Apex’s sandbox environment, allowing potential clients to test integrations even before contract finalization. Apex said the tool is part of a broader strategy to introduce more AI-powered solutions that simplify complex onboarding and operational workflows.
