NatWest Group has entered into a five-year collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Accenture to accelerate its adoption of data, cloud, and AI technologies across the bank. The agreement will underpin the bank’s strategy to deliver more personalized and seamless services to its 20 million customers while simplifying internal operations and improving risk management.

The initiative aims to unify data streams across the organization into a single platform, allowing for faster insights, improved customer engagement, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
